Who We Are

Prime Evo is operated by Dan Vass, based in Cyprus. Prime Evo is the data controller for the information described on this page. For any question about your data, or to make any request set out below, contact daniel.delahunty04@gmail.com.

What We Collect

When you complete the Prime Evo application form we collect your first name, last name, email address, mobile number including country code, and Telegram username. Your Instagram username is optional. We also record the date and time you applied, the date and time you gave consent, and the page you applied from.

We do not collect payment details. We never see or hold your PU Prime account credentials.

Why We Collect It

We use your information to assess your Prime Evo application, to verify that your PU Prime account has been set up correctly, and to contact you about your application and your next steps.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the application form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who We Share It With

Your application is stored in Google Sheets and processed by Google Apps Script. Google acts as our processor.

If you book a welcome call, Calendly receives your name and email address in order to schedule it and to send you the calendar invitation.

If you choose to message us on Telegram or WhatsApp, those services process the message under their own privacy policies.

Some pages load content from YouTube, Google Fonts and other content delivery networks, which may receive your IP address in order to serve that content.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Transfers Outside The EU

Google and Calendly are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by the safeguards those providers put in place, including the EU to US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

PU Prime Is Separate

Prime Evo is not PU Prime and is not a broker. If you create or transfer a PU Prime account, PU Prime collects and controls that account information under its own privacy policy. Anything you submit directly to PU Prime is outside our control.

How Long We Keep It

We keep application records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, to object to our use of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy.

Age Restriction

Prime Evo is only available to people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we hold data about a child, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes To This Policy

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top.
